South Florida

The Lyfe Resort & Residences reimagine the modern American beach retreat in the heart of South Florida. Centrally located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale in charming Hollywood Beach, the oceanfront Lyfe Resort (opened in 2017) and its sister property Hyde Beach House (opened in 2019) offer luxury suites that feature one, two and three bedroom layouts, gourmet kitchens, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors with private terraces and stunning views. Other property amenities include rooftop pools and sundecks, state-of-the-art fitness centers, luxurious spa, poolside and oceanfront dining, and on-site coffee bar.

Sotherly Hotels acquired the hotel commercial unit of the Lyfe Resort in January 2017. The hotel commercial unit consists of the designated lobby and front desk areas, offices, and other spaces. Later that year, in June 2017, Sotherly acquired a similar commercial unit in the Hyde Beach House. Sotherly operates rental programs at the Lyfe Resort and the Hyde Beach House.
