“Dapper” 73-Year-Old Concierge Keeps Derby Guests Coming Back for More

Frank Green is living proof that a little Southern hospitality can go a long way.

Frank has been a staple of the Louisville hospitality industry since the 1950s. Today, we’re lucky enough to have him as the concierge at our Sheraton Louisville Riverside, where guests say his local expertise, dapper style, and positive spirit are the reason they come back to stay with us year after year.
