1540 Room Hosts ‘A Taste of Napa’

Last week, 1540 Room partnered with the Savannah Food & Wine Festival to host this year’s Wine Dinner, an all-inclusive dining and wine sampling event.

This event included a delicious five-course meal prepared by Executive Chef, Mark Santiago, and featured wine samplings to showcase a collection of premium wines from some of Napa’s best wineries: Heitz Cellar, Orin Swift, Freemark Abbey, Robert Mondavi, Stags’ Leap, and a surprise tasting from Silver Oak. This event gave wine lovers the opportunity to sample premium and super-premium wines from one of the main wine regions of the world, without even leaving the Hostess City!
