What does Tampa’s newest top restaurant do to let the world know it has officially arrived? It invites over a bunch of friends to come drink, dine, and have a smashing good time, of course!
Craft cocktails in hand, dinner guests started off the evening with a mix and mingle session in the lobby. Once all guests had arrived, Chef Brian Agoncillo and team escorted everyone to their tables and kicked off the four-course meal with a tantalizing description of what lay before them: a refreshing crab and melon salad to start, followed by tocino & Brussels sprouts with fried pork belly and topped with a roasted garlic maple glaze, then a third course of The Spaniard’s signature Paella, Gavino snapper, and game hen, and then finally, pudin de pan con flan, a delicious dessert of layered bread pudding and flan with caramel sauce.
