
Board & Barrel Hosts Chef’s Table Event
Posted on May 10, 2019 in WilmingtonBoard & Barrel, located at Hotel Ballast in Wilmington, North Carolina, recently hosted a Chef’s Table event to formally introduce the restaurant’s new Executive Chef William Robey.
The evening began with a cocktail reception and a tour of the SCAD art gallery followed by a five-course meal inspired and prepared by Chef Robey. Each dish featured its own perfectly-paired cocktail, handcrafted by Grace, Board & Barrel’s mixologist.
After dinner, guests topped off the night with a dessert of house made bread pudding, more specialty cocktails, and a beautiful view of the Cape Fear River from the restaurant’s outdoor patio.
